About Tiffany...
Hello, my name is Tiffany and I'm from Baltimore, Maryland. From a little girl, my father always said he knew I would become a beautician. I always enjoyed doing people's hair even before I became a licensed cosmetologist.
After completing high school where I studied business, I applied for cosmetology school at Gordon Phillips Beauty School, in Baltimore and received my license in August of 1991. I worked in numerous salons, but my ultimate goal was to open my own salon. In 2001 I opened my first salon, Women of Dignity Hair Studio, in Baltimore, and operated that business for 7 years, until I gave birth to my twins. Not being able to run my business and take care of 2 preemies was tough, so I had to put my career on hold for 2 years.
It was a struggle but I prevailed and started my beauty career again; this time, I worked in someone else's salon until I was able to open another salon. That was the goal and I achieved that goal in 2014. I am now the proud owner of All About You Salon & Spa.
